It is with great pleasure that we announce the opening of Chyanne K’s photographic exhibition: A View on Distance Learning.
Distance Learning student Chyanne K has spent the semester harnessing her love of photography to document her school and Maui ranch life. Chyanne has a natural artist’s eye, and her gallery is a beautiful students’-eye view that highlights one of the many ways that HTA students are finding their own paths to success.
Chyanne’s gallery is just one of the amazing Career-Based Learning projects that our high school students have participated in this semester. HTA students are developing eye-popping computer games, learning television production on the job, managing social media platforms for clients, training in the medical field, caring for the environment, tutoring their younger peers, performing community service, and much more. They all rock. And they are all learning valuable life-long skills while exploring different careers.
