HTA's blended learning model provides students with an innovative approach to education that enables flexibility, enhanced student-teacher/parent-teacher relationships, and allows students to engage in hands-on, experiential learning.
Combining face-to-face instruction based on academic needs, live virtual instruction from teachers, and an independent curriculum to complete from home, students receive a personalized learning experience at a pace that works for them. This model also allows the Learning Coach (HTA's term for parent or guardian) to be highly involved in the child's education while having ongoing support from a certified teacher. The Learning Coach plays a crucial role in a student's academic success. HTA's blended learning model prepares students for their college and career pathways, developing sound communication and organizational skills, as well as the self-discipline needed to excel. Our curriculum and instruction is not only Common-Core aligned, but is also designed around HTA's Cores of Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Communication, Creativity, and Character. Students are encouraged to embody these Cores both inside and outside of the classroom. Join us for the future of learning!
