The boards behind our mission
HTA is fortunate to have the support of two groups that assist with our fundraising goals.
The CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION aims to provide HTA with the best facilities — from buildings to playgrounds — while reducing the reliance on independent landowners. Its primary mission is to acquire properties that can be developed and leased to HTA for school campuses. This initiative is vital in ensuring that HTA can continue to deliver high-quality education to students across the state, fostering academic excellence and innovation in a supportive learning environment.
ERIK MANN
President
Erik Mann is the Executive Director of Hawaii Habitat for Humanity Association. He was previously COO and family services manager for Island County Habitat for Humanity in Washington and ran his own residential real estate business. Erik was an elected board member, vice president, and legislative representative for Oak Harbor Public Schools, and volunteered with Oak Harbor Youth Sailing and Kiwanis Clubs. His daughter attends the HTA Waipahu high school campus.
JEREME MARTIN
Vice President
Jereme is a career naval officer with more than 20 years of active duty service. Jereme has a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering technology, a master’s in business administration, and a master’s in accountancy. He brings a strong project management background to the board. Jereme enjoys volunteering in the community and spending time with his family; his two children attend HTA’s ‘Ewa Beach campus.
DAVIN AMORY
Treasurer
Davin holds a master’s in business administration from UH-Mānoa’s Shidler College of Business. He is the founder of EJDA Business Services, providing accounting, finance, and payroll operations support to local businesses. Davin cherishes moments at the beach with his wife and three children. Committed to community engagement, he volunteers as a soccer coach, sharing his passion for the sport with younger generations.
GREG JACKSON
Secretary
Greg has more than 28 years experience in technology, leading service delivery teams, and running transformative projects in the state and private sectors. Grounded in aloha and ‘ohana, Greg has worked with large to medium-sized businesses and smaller non-profits. He is passionate about supporting our keiki; ensuring they have positive experiences that shape their lives as they become healthy and productive adults.
JENNY ADAMS
Jenny is a local business owner, born and raised on O‘ahu. She lived on Maui for 32 years where she raised her three children. Jenny has more than 20 years experience in the real estate industry as a broker. Her current business promotes health and wellness for individuals and groups. Jenny is passionate about helping children and their families. She was active at ‘Iao Intermediate for more than three years. During and after the Maui wildfires, she supported displaced families.

NOELLE ZIMDAHL
President
With a background in finance and experience in the private school community, Noelle is a facilitator for the Parent Leadership Training Institute in Hawai‘i and serves on the advisory committee for the Hawai‘i Family Engagement Center. She is passionate about increasing equitable access to education in Hawai‘i, particularly for the special education community. Noelle’s children attend HTA’s Waipahu campus, where she previously served on the HTA ‘Ohana Committee.
KIM COOK
Treasurer
Kim is the Vice President of Clinical Services for U.S.VETS, where she oversees clinical services at 12 locations across the country. Born and raised on O‘ahu, Kim holds a Psy.D. in clinical psychology from Argosy University-Hawai‘i and is a recognized leader in her community. She is a VIP member for the National Association of Professional Women, serves on the board of the ‘Ewa Community Service Corporation, and is a Gallup-Certified Clifton Strengths Coach.
ZEPHANII SMITH EISENSTAT
Zephanii is a program manager at Ceeds of Peace and a faculty lecturer at the Matsunaga Institute for Peace. Her public service career includes political appointments in the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government. Holding a bachelor’s degree in government from Claremont McKenna College and a master’s in educational administration and leadership from the University of the Pacific, she works to increase civic engagement and elevate youth participation in democratic and diplomatic processes worldwide.
MATT ZITELLO
Matt is HTA’s Executive Director and serves as a school liaison to FoHTA. Matt has spent nearly a quarter of a century in Hawai‘i’s education system. He started as a middle school science teacher at ‘Aiea Intermediate before joining HTA as a science teacher and, later, as a member of HTA’s administration team. Matt believes each student’s needs are unique and that school should accommodate those needs to help every student find their own path to success.
